My dedication to developing and creating new components, combinations, and dishes is marked by a deep passion and unwavering perseverance. I relish the process of refining and perfecting a product.

My strengths lie in resilience and maintaining a clear perspective. Even when faced with multiple tasks, I remain composed and prioritize effectively, ensuring no aspect of the work is neglected. Through my professional experience, I have successfully organized and executed numerous events both domestically and internationally.

My job is where I truly flourish and find my comfort zone.

I pride myself on being a strong team player. Achieving a goal with a well-coordinated team brings me immense joy and pride. Whether it’s receiving a Michelin star and 17 Gault-Millau points for our performance at the Meridiano in Bern or winning the world championship title in 2014 with the national junior chef team, knowing that I’ve made a significant contribution is a constant motivation to push my boundaries.
