In 2014, I reached a significant milestone by successfully completing my chef training. This achievement allowed me to gain valuable insights into leadership, business organisation, marketing, finances, and the intricate aspects of cooking and food science. Today, I am able to apply this knowledge across a multitude of contexts, whether it be in my professional endeavours, during competitions, or in my personal life.
