We embarked on a cool new project, organizing a Fondue Chalet Pop Up for one month as a part of the official Christmas Market of the City of Bern. Leading up to and throughout the festive season, we delighted our guests at the Berner Sternen Märit in our Gstaad Fondue Chalet. It presented us with an exciting challenge, involving all aspects of organsation, planning, and execution.
